What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, but please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item if the item is different from what you ordered. We will ship with the utmost care, but if by any chance you receive something different from what you ordered, we will respond immediately.
What if the product arrives damaged?
We always make sure that the item you ordered has no damage before shipping and pack it carefully so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We do not accept refunds or exchanges, but all items are sent insured. In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us so we can check to see if insurance coverage is available.
What are your payment options?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Can I cancel my session?
If you wish to cancel or change the date and time, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the session. Please note that refunds cannot be made after that time.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
The session will be based on your horoscope, so please let me know your date of birth, time and place of birth (prefecture).
